As a Security Officer Driver Policy Compliance in Foster City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Healthcare. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare and life sciences location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a respectful, service-oriented environment.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
