Security Officer Driver Patrol Zone

About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Zone in South San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting conditions that could impact daily operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge or sign-in procedures when applicable, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access control issues to the appropriate contact.
• Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with occupants and guests, and following post orders related to the location.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
