Security Officer Driver Area Patrol

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or contractor access, and follow established reporting procedures for deliveries, restricted areas, and other site-specific activities.
• Support emergency and incident response efforts by communicating clearly with personnel, following post orders, and assisting with evacuations, medical responses, and other security-related situations as directed.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
