What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting them through established channels.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols common to an aerospace and defense location.
- Support site personnel during alarms, evacuations, and/or operational disruptions by following post orders and communicating clearly with supervisors, clients, and first responders.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
