What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, access points, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials or visitor information as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized or suspicious activity.
• Support a professional environment at a technology-focused location by assisting with access control, checking designated areas, and following post orders for security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing Requirements

• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
