Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or customer service issues, and report observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management in a timely manner.
• Assist with access control, after-hours checks, and/or other assigned duties that support daily operations and security-related needs at the location.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
