As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Concierge in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual activity, and document security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations in a timely manner.
• Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and employee activity, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and helping to maintain an orderly environment throughout the location.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
