About the Role

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Alarm Response in Long Beach, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas at an industrial maintenance location, helping to deter security-related incidents while supporting access control and alarm response activities. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with site personnel, and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least five years of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
