Security Officer Driver Operations

About the role
As a driving Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will use communication and technology tools to document activities and respond to security-related needs. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, including business areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter, as assigned.
- Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
- Document incidents, observations, and completed patrols accurately and promptly in accordance with site requirements.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$17.46 / Hour

- Day shift: Saturday, 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Day shift: Sunday, 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
