This full‑time Security Officer Driver Operations position is based in Dallas, TX, serving technology, media, and telecommunications clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by following site‑specific procedures, access‑control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and communicate access concerns according to established site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating matters when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas—including offices, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter—documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns.
• Support a professional workplace environment by providing directions, assisting with client inquiries, and helping deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience, or a college degree.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Compliance with any state or local licensing requirements for driving positions.
