Security Officer Driver Entry Verification

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and restricted areas, helping to verify credentials, manage visitor processing, and document access activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, interior spaces, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Support daily operations by assisting with badge checks, directing authorized individuals, maintaining detailed incident logs, and following Allied Universal post orders and reporting procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
