Job Description
As a Security Officer Driver Entry Screening in West Memphis, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as an Access Control Officer in a driving post. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, support badge and visitor management, and perform routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor access, and document authorized access in support of security-related protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting unusual activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unauthorized access, operational concerns, and/or conditions that could impact security-related operations.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
