Security Officer Driver Entry Control

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual activity or access concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting security-related protocols and documented response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, control points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify conditions that may require reporting or follow-up.

Requirements

• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

DayTime: Wed 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Sat 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM, Sun 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM
