Security Officer Driver Emergency Communications Dispatcher

About the role

Join Allied Universal as a Dispatcher supporting a dynamic government transportation location. This driving post requires compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols at a government transportation location.
• Monitor radio communications, alarms, cameras, and/or other dispatch systems, and promptly relay information to field personnel and appropriate agencies.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Collapse coordination responses among security-related personnel, transportation staff, law enforcement, fire departments, and/or emergency medical services as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications while handling sensitive information in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
