Security Officer Driver Customer Service

About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Customer Service in Salinas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic driving role where you will monitor assigned areas, complete routine site rounds, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. This post offers the opportunity to support daily operations across the location while providing strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement for unarmed roles: 18 years old.
• Minimum age requirement for armed roles: 21 years old.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
