As a Security Officer Driver Alarm Panel Monitor in Allentown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of chemical and petrochemical facility areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
