Security Officer - Distribution Center

About the role

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic distribution center in Sparks, NV, maintaining a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report concerns, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

This is a part-time position with the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$22.00 / hour

• Tuesday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
