As a Security Officer Dispatch in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls, and communicating security-related information in a professional manner.
• Monitor dispatch systems, radio traffic, alarms, and/or other communication channels, and relay information to assigned personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by documenting details, prioritizing calls for service, and coordinating appropriate security-related response activities.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records to support daily operations within a fast-paced aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support activities through remote monitoring, status checks, and communication with field personnel, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Requirements

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
