Security Officer Dispatch Clearance Required

About the role

Award-winning security and facility services company Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Clearance Required in Rochester, NY. The role involves safeguarding clients in various industries including Aero/Defense.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and callers following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication practices.
• Maintain detailed logs, reports, and dispatch records to support compliance with site policies, post orders, and other security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations by coordinating notifications, relaying accurate information to site contacts and/or first responders, and supporting timely emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and status checks to help deter unauthorized activity around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
