Security Officer Dispatch Coordination

As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordination in Framingham, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls, coordinate responses to alarm and access‑control activity, communicate with on‑site teams and external partners, and help support a secure, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail location personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and coordinate communications from alarms, calls, radios, and/or other reporting channels; dispatch appropriate personnel and document activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift records to support security‑related operations at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail business and perimeter as assigned.

Requirements

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$23.31 per hour

Schedule

• Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
