Security Officer Dispatch Communications with Active Clearance

As a Security Officer Dispatch Communications with Active Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Aero/Defense, coordinating communications, monitoring alarm activity, documenting incidents, and supporting timely responses to security‑related needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications, receive requests for assistance, document relevant details, and route calls, alarms, and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating communications with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor or delivery records, and other required documentation in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance issues through established channels.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance (required).
• Alarm panel experience (preferred).
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Minimum age 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation (federal, state, local).
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Meet any state/local licensing requirements; a valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.

• Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
