Security Officer Customer Service Patrol

About the role

Apart from serving and safeguarding clients in various industries like Commercial Real Estate, you will join a dynamic team contributing to a culture that positively impacts the communities and customers we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report maintenance, access, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe onsite activity, and support property rules and visitor procedures in a professional manner to help deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
• Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate operational updates during shifts to support continuity at the location.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
