Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to property management and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and/or vendor access as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or observations, and support Allied Universal standards for professionalism and resident service.

Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Licenses: Guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to respond calmly to emergencies.
• Patrol and monitoring skills.
