Security Officer Courtesy Patrol

About the role

Apart from serving and safeguarding clients in various industries like Tech/Media/Telecom, you will also support daily operations with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to offices, labs, and other restricted areas.
• Support day-to-day site operations by reporting hazards, assisting with directions and basic inquiries, and completing required logs and incident reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Access control and badge experience.

DayTime: Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
