What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols.
- Support a professional environment by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues observed during assigned duties.
Minimum Requirements
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
