Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location where you will serve as the welcoming front desk presence, assisting visitors, managing access, and supporting security-related communications. Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or drivers at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access to the location by greeting incoming individuals, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests according to site protocols.
Answer phones, manage front desk communications, and report incidents, concerns, and/or unusual activity to the appropriate contacts in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Support daily operations in a logistics and distribution location by observing lobby and entry activity, documenting security-related events, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent front desk presence.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
