Security Officer - Concierge

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer who thrives on building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will work in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, engaging with people across all shifts to ensure safety and provide reassurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of security experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus)
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32-hour BSIS security training (can be obtained during hiring)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills

Pay

$22 per hour (DailyPay available for employees)

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Friday - Tuesday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
