Responsibilities

• Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas.
• Conduct access control activities.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a professional environment.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense billing operations location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor records, and communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site‑specific policies.

Requirements

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
