Security Officer Clearance Required Driver Patrol

About the role

As a Part-Time Security Officer with clearance and driver patrol duties in Moorestown, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as aerospace and defense. This driving post requires officers to respond across the location while delivering exceptional customer service. You will bring agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and assigned security-related duties at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations through proper channels.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and other documentation related to daily activities, patrol observations, and/or response actions taken during the shift.

Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$19.36 / hour

• Thursday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
