Security Officer Circuit Patrol

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and incident reporting practices at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, badges, deliveries, and/or visitor activity in accordance with location policies while documenting security-related events and observations.
• Support emergency response activities, evacuation guidance, and/or business continuity procedures as directed by location leadership and Allied Universal protocols.

Requirements

• A CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses and certifications: Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
