Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and emergency response support at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Support assigned location operations by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders during routine activities and emergency situations.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
