Requirements

• Current BSIS Guard Card
• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
• Ability to complete required training modules within the first month of employment

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred
• Residential community, hospitality, customer service, or public-facing experience preferred
• Experience writing incident reports and daily activity reports preferred
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills preferred
