As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Response in Boston, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
- Maintain a visible armed presence and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns that could affect daily operations or security-related conditions.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
- Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
