As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Incident Management in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to situations as they arise. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture, teamwork, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and public-sector personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site policies and applicable procedures.
- Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information to supervisors and authorized site representatives.
