As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in San Marcos, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or local authorities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and restricted spaces for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related activity, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and incident follow-up during busy business hours, deliveries, special events, and/or after-hours operations at the location.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
