• 21+ Years of Age
• Active Armed Guard Card/License (Texas only)
• Valid Driver's License

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and exterior spaces for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential security-related concerns, then report findings through proper channels.
• Support loss prevention and retail operations by observing customer and employee activity, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and following post orders for armed officer assignments.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
