Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and respond professionally to concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, people-first culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.
• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor employee, visitor, contractor, and vehicle access and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Maintain assigned firearm and equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, licensing requirements, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
