As an Armed Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, ATM areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and notifying appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports; maintain professional communication with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of military police, corrections officer, or armed security-related experience, or be a certified law enforcement graduate.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess 5+ years of security-related experience.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

DayTime: Wednesday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thursday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sunday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
