As a Security Officer Armed Entry Screening in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location where you will manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and perform routine patrols to help support a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Monitor and control access at designated entrances and restricted areas by checking identification, credentials, and/or visitor authorization in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with managing visitor entry processes, directing foot traffic, and communicating access requirements to help support orderly operations throughout the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications for this position include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
