• Thur 07:00 AM - 05:15 PM
• Sat 08:45 AM - 02:15 PM

How This Role Works

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas, while maintaining a professional presence and adhering to applicable armed post procedures.

Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
