• Saturday: 12:30 PM - 08:30 PM
• Sunday: 12:30 PM - 08:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and/or perimeter zones, helping to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related activity, and communicate with store management and/or local law enforcement when appropriate.
• Assist with access control, opening and closing procedures, and/or escort support for designated personnel, deliveries, or high-value transfers in accordance with site expectations.

Requirements

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
