As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will respond to situations with professionalism, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in an aerospace manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, perimeter, access points, parking areas, and other designated locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders when needed.

Requirements

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably use a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$23.50 per hour

Schedule

Part-time. Shifts: Monday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Tuesday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Sunday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
