What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry of personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
Support daily operations by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and completing routine logs and incident reports in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
