About the role
As a Full Time Patrol Alarm Assessment Security Officer in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and use technology to document observations.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, parking lots, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or potential hazards.
- Monitor access points and verify visitor, vendor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site-specific requirements.
- Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity through clear and accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$20.00 / Hour

- Monday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Wednesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Thursday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
