• Day: Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Day: Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to confirm that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas, following established visitor, vehicle, and delivery procedures.
• Support daily operations by reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy concerns to site leadership while maintaining detailed activity logs and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
