As a Security Officer - Access Processor in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help manage site access at a dynamic location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorizations for employees, visitors, and/or vendors in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include having a valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Skills

Strong customer service skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and proficiency in security-related procedures are essential.
