About the role
Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will help manage access control, monitor activity, and support daily security-related operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document site access activity to help support security-related operations.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production-adjacent areas, and perimeter, with attention to access points, restricted areas, and unusual activity.
- Communicate clearly with site personnel and guests regarding post instructions, delivery procedures, and security-related protocols to help support an orderly location environment.
Requirements
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
