Job Description

As a Security Officer Senior Access Patrol Driver in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or mobile patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, visitor direction, and adherence to property rules and/or post instructions.
• Prepare routine reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or property observations, and relay notable information to property management and/or Allied Universal supervisors as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Security-related experience of 2 or more years is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
