Security Officer Access Driver
Job Description
As a Security Officer Access Driver in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal in a driving access control role at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, support visitor management, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and professional communication.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and property policies at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor entrances, lobbies, and/or designated access points to help manage authorized entry, verify credentials, and report unusual activity or concerns.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help support security-related operations and identify maintenance, access, and/or policy issues.
- Prepare clear activity and incident reports, document visitor and contractor access, and relay important updates during shift changes and/or to site leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
