Apart from providing customer service and handling security-related tasks, you will also assist in maintaining the lobby and entrance areas.

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols.
Maintain a secure environment by monitoring access to the building lobby and reception area, verifying visitor information, issuing access credentials when necessary, and deterring unauthorized entry through security-related screening procedures.
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations calmly and problem-solve, communicating with property management and/or emergency responders as needed.
Answer phones, greet guests, maintain front desk activity logs, and report maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues according to site procedures.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate and document unusual events promptly.

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Pass a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
